Returns

If you don't love your Brother-Vinni miniatures for any reason, simply send back your unused miniatures within 30 days for a full refund. No questions. No worries!

To start a return process, email us at info@brother-vinni.com with your order number.

We will refund your money within a week after receiving the return.
