Shipping & Delivery

Where are you located?

Bratislava, Slovakia. Everything is hand-cast and shipped from our workshop.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Most orders arrive in 5–10 business days (allow up to 20 days).

Shipping costs?

Flat rate: €8 worldwide

Can I change my shipping address?

Only if the order hasn’t shipped. Email info@brother-vinni.com ASAP, please.

When will my order ship?

Within 3 business days (up to 6 during peak times).

How do I track my order?

You’ll get an email with tracking once dispatched.

My tracking number doesn’t work.

Wait 3 days. If still broken — contact us.

‘Delivered’ but nothing arrived?

Check your local post office or wait 1-2 more days.

Stuck in customs?

We can’t control delays/duties. Contact your local customs office for more details.

Package missing after 45 days?

Email info@brother-vinni.com. We’ll fix it.
